02 Processing within the services
houseGEIST runs on our own servers within the EU. No customer content is processed outside the European Union. Customer content is not used to train the models.
03 Data processing agreement
For use of the AI services we conclude a data processing agreement (DPA) under Art. 28 GDPR with our customers.
04 Technology used
houseGEIST is based on the open Gemma 4 language model (Google), operated and fine-tuned independently by us. No content is forwarded to the model vendor.
